Currently we have an opening for a Critical Parts Expeditor. The Critical Parts Expeditor is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction through reducing response time for machine down orders, long lead times, and rectifying sourcing issues.

Manage and oversee the Parts & Service division customer backlog.
Manage critical unit down orders, expedite, and outsource parts as necessary from local warehouses and vendors.
Review potential sourcing issues daily and resolve accordingly.
Initiate and maintain ongoing open communication with vendors and internal key stakeholders to verify, escape or correct information.
Respond to and resolve Parts Inquiries through follow up with vendors regarding ETAs, no longer available parts, and potential alternative part solutions.
Identify process and systems improvement opportunities and propose continuous improvement activities.
Provide active support to the Order Desk and Sales Team.
Perform other related duties as assigned by manager

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a related discipline.
Industry experience is an asset.
Technical Knowledge and understanding of the relevant industry.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong computer literacy, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel.
Strong customer service focus.
Proactive with demonstrated initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team.
Highly developed time management and organizational skills.
