Job summary

A community health service provider in London, ON is seeking a part-time Addiction and Mental Health Worker for a Crisis Stabilization Space. This role involves crisis intervention, client assessments, and supporting individuals during mental health emergencies. Qualifications include relevant post-secondary education and experience in mental health crisis intervention. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and knowledge of community resources. The starting pay is $27.14 per hour, with additional benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in the Crisis Stabilization Space.
  • Conduct mental health and addictions assessments based on the theory of crisis management.
  • Coordinate linkages to community services and provide short-term follow-up support.
