REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver s license and full time access to a reliable vehicle

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own projects start-to-finish at a high standard of quality and on schedule
• Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each day
• Communicate proactively with homeowners, crew leads, and the business owner
• Take initiative in day-to-day operations and problem-solving on site
• Support door-to-door marketing and flyer drops in neighbourhoods around active job sites
• Grow into project management and leadership roles as the season progresses
