We provide high-quality home services such as lawn care and painting/staining for both interior and exterior projects.

We are committed to transforming the homes of our local residential communities and leaving our homeowners in awe of the transformation. We are offering both full-time and part-time general labour positions to motivated, coachable individuals to join our business. We are especially interested in hiring skilled labourers who enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to do an excellent job.

Requirements:

• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary); training will be provided on lawn care and painting/staining projects, and you will become proficient quickly!
• Must have your own car or reliable transportation
• Reliable and hardworking
• Coachable

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, maintaining high standards of quality and timely execution
• Maintain a clean and organized work site and project area
• Ensure customer satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners
• Distribute flyers and conduct door-to-door marketing in neighborhoods around work sites

Compensation:

• $15-$20/hr depending on experience and responsibilities
