Job summary

Skyservice in Muskoka, Ontario, is seeking a Crew Chief, Maintenance to lead a team of aircraft maintenance engineers and ensure airworthiness of all aircraft maintained by the FBO. You will oversee workload, safety compliance, and on-time project completion while performing hands-on troubleshooting as required.

The role requires TC M2/M1, strong leadership, and organizational skills, with a range of benefits including training, relocation support, comprehensive health coverage, and retirement

Qualifications

• Valid Transport Canada M2 and/or M1.
• Knowledge of MCM and paper work system.
• Ability to supervise a crew of maintenance employees.
• Confident team player with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of aircraft maintenance engineers, distribute workload and ensure safety standards.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
• Handle paperwork for parts orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving.
• Complete logbook entries, work orders and crew Passovers.
• Ensure airworthiness of all aircraft maintained by Skyservice FBO.
• Maintain flexible work schedule (days, nights, evenings).
• Cover duties of the Coordinator in their absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
