Job summary

Skyservice Muskoka is seeking a skilled Crew Chief, Maintenance to lead a team of aircraft maintenance engineers at the Muskoka site. You will supervise workload, ensure safety standards, and guarantee airworthiness of all serviced aircraft.

You will also oversee maintenance paperwork, parts ordering, and timely delivery while supporting troubleshooting and hands-on work as needed. Flexible day, night, and evening shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Transport Canada M2 or M1 certification is required.
• Knowledge of MCM and paper work system.
• Ability to supervise a crew of maintenance employees.
• Confident team player with leadership capability.
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of aircraft maintenance engineers, assign tasks, and balance workload.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance projects and compliance with safety standards.
• Handle paperwork for ordering parts and ensure on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot and assist hands-on when needed; document work and logbooks.
• Maintain airworthiness of all Skyservice clients’ aircraft and supervise crew Passovers.
