Credit Solutions Associate (CSA) – Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and evaluation of loan applications, prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for approval or denial.
  • Monitor and manage the credit risk portfolio, ensuring compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  • Contact clients for financial reporting, review results, and update appropriate systems.
  • Ensure all documentation is organized and compliant with record‑keeping policies.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Understand and apply the bank’s risk appetite and culture in day‑to‑day decisions.
Qualifications
  • College/University degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit analysis.
  • Knowledge of credit structures and applicable risk management.
