Manulife is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance reviewer to conduct independent assessments of mortgage and loan credit transactions. You will evaluate documentation, ensure compliance with policies, and support annual Level 1/2 reviews.
You will work with Credit Risk Management and other lines of business in a hybrid role, requiring strong communication and organization to meet monthly targets and ensure timely action on issues.
This position is part of a team whose primary purpose is to complete independent, objective Quality Assurance reviews of mortgage and loan credit transactions and provide reasonable assurance that all of Manulife Bank's credit risk policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines are being adhered to.
Responsible for the annual review of a portfolio of Specialized Lending loans through the gathering and evaluation of insurance & Bank documentation, ensuring compliance to company policies, standards & procedures and adherence to all financial industry regulations.
