About the Role

We’re looking for a risk reporting analyst to join our team and help shape the way we manage and report risk across our commercial portfolio. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing credit risk reporting of the commercial portfolio to ensure that it remains within risk appetite.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure to meet business needs for frontline, management, and regulatory audiences.
  • Design and deliver timely risk reports that consolidate information for leadership decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with business partners to establish and automate credit risk reporting for monitoring and managing risks.
  • Analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and summarize business impacts.
  • Investigate data anomalies and maintain data quality in line with the Data Governance Framework.
  • Prepare risk reporting for the Credit Risk Committee and monitor risk appetite metrics.
  • Stay current on market conditions, economic trends, and regulatory changes impacting credit portfolios.
  • Manage portfolio monitoring tools and ensure compliance with governance and documentation standards.
What You Bring
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 4–6 years in a similar role or with comparable responsibilities in commercial lending or commercial credit risk reporting
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
    • Strong knowledge of risk assessment processes, credit risk terminology, and reporting frameworks.
    • Experience with Temenos T24 is an asset.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels.
    • Motivated self‑starter with exceptional attention to detail.
