EQ, in partnership with Bennington Financial Corp, is recruiting for a role based at the Oakville Head Office in a hybrid arrangement. The position supports EQ’s growth in Canada’s commercial finance space and offers visibility across a fast-growing subsidiary within a leading challenger bank ecosystem.

Working hours are 9am-5pm EST, with hybrid flexibility and a focus on governance, compliance, risk, and operational excellence to enable Canadian companies to grow.

This position is being recruited by EQ on behalf of our wholly owned subsidiary, Bennington Financial Corp. This role will be working out of the Oakville Head Office 9am-5pm EST under a hybrid program and encompasses all brands.
