A leading staffing agency in Edmonton seeks three Credit Application Analysts to provide critical operational support within Real Estate Secured Lending. This role involves document compliance, data accuracy, and transaction processing within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a post-secondary education and strong communication skills, with a commitment to an on-site schedule of 4 days per week. This position offers an excellent entry point into the underwriting stream with significant growth opportunities.
We are seeking three highly organized and detail-focused Credit Application Analysts to provide critical operational support to the Credit Underwriting function, specifically within Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) products. This role is focused entirely on document compliance, submission quality, and data accuracy across single to multi-step transactions. This is an excellent entry point into the underwriting stream, offering a clear pathway to advanced roles based on performance.
Work Location: Primarily Onsite at Edmonton. Candidates must be local and available to work 4 days per week in the office (this is a strict requirement with no exceptions).
Schedule: Rotational shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend work is mandatory (one Saturday every 4 to 5 weeks).
