What We Do

As part of the Fortnite Creator Ecosystem team, Product Management collaborates with development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to define product strategy informed by data and market insights. The team aims to empower creators to operate as game publishers, with the tools, insights, and support needed to build, launch, grow, and monetize successful games. This work centers on two core areas: enabling a robust creator publishing ecosystem and supporting sustainable creator monetization.

We’re looking for a Creator Programs Director to lead the strategy and execution of programs that support, grow, and celebrate our creator community. In this role, you’ll design and evolve initiatives that empower creators to succeed, build partnerships and incentives that drive engagement, and ensure our programs scale alongside the company’s goals. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and community teams to integrate creator feedback, advocate for their needs, and represent the creator voice both internally and externally. If you’re passionate about building ecosystems where creators can thrive, we’d love to talk.

In this role, you will

  • Lead a small team to maintain existing programs and programs nearing launch
  • Identify gaps within the Fortnite Ecosystem and define a program structure that provides a way to fill those gaps
  • Define an end-to-end program strategy that covers what the program is trying to accomplish, eligibility criteria, operationalization and scale, status reporting, incentives, and iteration.
  • Drive alignment between key stakeholders to ensure resourcing and support for key creator programs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to highlight product and program improvements in order to promote creator success and growth
  • Have a strong focus on shipping programs and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Experience in developing program strategy, production, program management, project management, or consulting with a focus on creators/gaming a plus
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and holding them accountable for timelines and deliverables
  • Experience working with people of all levels, including highly technical management teams
  • Experience managing shifting priorities while maintaining organization and control
  • Experience in presenting strategy and results to XFN/executive leadership and gaining alignment
  • Experience in defining and analyzing data sets, and interpreting them to make business decisions
