Overview
  • We\'re looking for someone with the eye of an art director and the mind of a technologist. You\'re fluent in the creative world and systems, equally comfortable working on conceptual work and building tools that make great ideas real.
  • This role is a blend of making and building. Expect to spend roughly 75% of your time producing media (images, videos, prototypes) and 25% building the tools, workflows, and automation pipelines that make production possible.

Responsibilities
  • Translate conceptual design ideas into images, videos, prototypes, and other production assets
  • Work on experimental tools and working prototypes that enhance creative workflows
  • Partner with creative and engineering teams to design scalable, repeatable innovation pipelines
  • Explore generative design, automation, and node-based systems to accelerate creative exploration
  • Share knowledge with the creative department and broader agency on new methods, tools, and workflows
  • Help define how technology shapes the agency\'s creative future
Qualifications
  • Background in creative, technology, or related fields (4+ years preferred)
  • Strong visual judgment, aesthetic intuition, and taste across digital and physical design
  • Proven ability to solve creative problems using technology, with fluency in modern design and prototyping workflows
  • Familiarity with node-based systems like ComfyUI, Blender Geometry Nodes, Unreal Blueprints, or similar
  • Medium-level fluency in Figma
  • Portfolio demonstrating both creative excellence and technical ability
  • Lifelong learner who can deep dive into unfamiliar territory and come back with a solid feasibility report
  • Strong team player
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python, JS, or similar) is a plus

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $85K-90K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
