Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CUSTOMER
  • Provide counsel to line of business partners, develop creative briefs and project manage follow-through and accurate delivery of integrated creative services
  • Present concepts to line of business partners, addresses questions and note concerns to provide feedback to the project team
  • Manage expectations with clients and departmental teams
  • Negotiate timelines and budgets and ensure that all deadlines are maintained
  • Represent the interests of the business in interactions with project teams
  • Ensure all Regulatory, Legal and Compliance and branding guidelines are followed to the letter on their assigned businesses
  • Provide final sign-off on projects to ensure compliance with creative brief and project specifications
  • Leverage knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative and production to facilitate effective communication between client and departmental teams
  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships
  • Leverage best practices when appropriate, to minimize costs
  • Provide input to project team during internal creative reviews
  • Identify efficiencies to align with their marketing efforts
  • Partner with outside agencies in managing clients' promotional and marketing efforts
  • Evaluate client change requests and respond with schedule/cost impacts/options
SHAREHOLDER
  • Prioritize and manage own workload to meet service level requirements for service and productivity
  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for respective business area(s)
  • Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meets business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with business priorities
  • Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escape issues where appropriate
  • Protect the interests of the organization - identify and manage risks, and ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of escalated non-standard, high risk issues
  • Conduct internal and external research projects; support the development/ delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audience
  • Conduct meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of programs/ policies/ practices
  • Monitor service, productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process / performance improvements where opportunities exists
  • Apply subject matter expertise in the discipline, provide guidance, assistance and direction to others
  • Actively manage relationships within and across various business lines, corporate and/or control functions and ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements
  • Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite

    • Builds stakeholder alignment in leading projects and activities; may provide process and subject matter advice at senior levels
    • Works independently as the senior technical lead and guides others within area of expertise
    • Identifies and leads problem resolution for complex issues at all levels
    • Generally reports to a Manager or above
    EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
    • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required
    • 5+ years relevant experience
