The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will be working a mixture of on‑site and off‑site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. Currently, employees are expected to have an in‑person presence for at least 40% of their work time. This requirement may vary depending upon circumstances.

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full‑time Creative Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Integrated Marketing team.
As a right hand to the Creative Studio Manager, the Creative Operations Coordinator will be at the centre of our Creative Studio, making sure the ideas and talent of the team are supported by clear processes, smart planning, and seamless collaboration.
You’ll also play a key role in connecting the dots across teams, making sure designers, writers and stakeholders have what they need to deliver their best work. This is a role where project management meets creativity: you’ll streamline operations, strengthen relationships, and help build a culture where great ideas can shine.
