The Role

A hands‑on creative doer who loves turning one long‑form asset (talk, webinar, article, deck) into many: clips, reels, carousels, one‑pagers, thumbnails, and snackable posts. Must be fast, organized, and eager to leverage AI for editing, cutting, and layout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform long videos/webinars into short clips, teasers, audiograms, and GIFs; create thumbnails and social crops.
  • Convert decks/technical notes into carousels, one‑pagers, infographics, and blog summaries.
  • Use AI to re‑purpose assets while maintaining the company's messaging themes and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain template library; enforce brand look/voice with speed and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Digital to map repurposed assets to funnels (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and channels.
  • Use AI tools for first‑cut transcripts, highlight detection, B‑roll suggestions, headline variants, and image generation.
  • Presentation simplification and clean‑ups.
  • Track reuse count and turnaround time; keep an organized content matrix.
Must-have Skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative or equivalent (Premiere/CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canvas, etc).
  • Basic motion/typography sense; eye for framing/cropping.
  • Comfortable taking raw inputs (Teams recordings, decks, notes) and shipping polished derivatives quickly.
  • AI: speech‑to‑text, cut‑list suggestions, style transfer/upscales (e.g., Firefly, Runway, Descript, CapCut, etc.).
Nice‑to‑have
  • Figma/Canva, light After Effects; basic CMS posting.
  • Simple audio cleanup (noise, levels) and color correction.
Qualifications
  • Design, Multimedia, Communications—or portfolio demonstrating repurposing work.
  • Prior internship/ co‑op or hands‑on project coordination is a plus.
  • Co‑op students available to start on January 2026 for 2 consecutive terms enrolled in relevant programs will be welcomed.
  • Curious, fast‑learning, and resourceful.
  • Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated and hardworking.
  • Located in North America, preferably Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Work conditions
  • Remote; occasional tight turnarounds around shows or launches.
Primary KPIs:
  • Number of derivative assets per source;
  • average turnaround time;
  • brand compliance QA;
  • reuse count across channels;
  • lift in engagement on repurposed pieces.

Pay Range

$25/hour -$30/hour

AppLogic Networks provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
