Job summary

SmartStyle is hiring licensed cosmetologists to deliver excellent service in a friendly, professional setting, following brand standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

The stylist will perform washing, cutting, coloring, and styling while maintaining a clean, well-organized workstation and providing product recommendations. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends, with a commission-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology certification/licensure required.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Washes, shampoos, conditions, and rinses hair.
• Cuts, trims, and styles hair using clippers, scissors, trimmers, razors, and hot tools.
• Perms, highlights, and colors hair per client instructions.
• Maintain clean workstation and sanitize tools.
• Recommend products to clients for aftercare.
• Assist with receptionist duties when needed.
• Perform opening/closing procedures as applicable.
• Assist in counting retail product inventory.
