The Creative Director will lead the overall creative vision and execution across all channels — including traditional print, POSM, experiential events, and digital platforms. This role blends strategic thinking, strong visual storytelling, and innovative design leadership to deliver impactful campaigns that meet business objectives.

Define and champion the creative vision across traditional and digital channels.

Translate brand and marketing strategies into compelling concepts for campaigns and projects.

Stay ahead of creative trends, technology, and production techniques in both print and digital.

Lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams including designers, art directors, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.

Partner with account servicing, events, and digital teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.

Present concepts and creative strategies confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and champion the creative vision across traditional and digital channels.
  • Translate brand and marketing strategies into compelling concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Stay ahead of creative trends, technology, and production techniques in both print and digital.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams including designers, art directors, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
  • Partner with account servicing, events, and digital teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
  • Present concepts and creative strategies confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Creative Execution
  • Oversee concept development and final execution for print, POSM, events, experiential activations, websites, apps, videos, and social media.
  • Ensure all creative output meets brand guidelines, is on-brief, and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure high-quality execution across all media.
Innovation & Standards
  • Drive the integration of emerging digital technologies with traditional creative formats.
  • Maintain high creative standards.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in a senior creative role, with a proven track record in both traditional and digital campaigns.
  • Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial objectives.
  • Experience in digital design or multimedia (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, InDesign) and/or Figma.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience creating wireframes/prototypes.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing requirements (social media sizes, responsive design, email layouts, etc.).
  • Ability to handle motion graphics, video editing, and animation is an advantage.
  • Good portfolio showcasing digital design work is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, creative thinker, and able to work independently and in a team.
