Reporting into the NA CCO at Hudson Rouge, the Creative Director provides creative leadership on agency accounts and represents clients effectively in the marketplace. You will contribute to the maintenance and growth of strong, mutually profitable client/agency relationships, bring hands‑on leadership, and ideally have experience in the automotive category with luxury clients as a definite asset. Bilingual French is a strong asset, though not mandatory.

In this role you will…
  • Originate fresh, innovative creative ideas quickly for all budget and funnel levels – acting as a hands‑on creative and a creative leader for the team.
  • Translate ideas across various media (TV, Digital, Social, Experiential, Branded Content, Print and CRM).
  • Adapt assets created for other markets seamlessly for the Canadian market.
  • Ensure work quality aligns with agency and client expectations.
  • Serve as a positive, inspiring example to junior creative team members.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments in a respectful manner.
  • Support new business development, presenting ideas and pitches competently.
  • Recommend measures to improve workflow methods and product quality.
  • Maintain and uphold all company standards.
  • Be nimble and flexible, performing other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Provide an outstanding portfolio showcasing high‑conceptual abilities and high‑end production experience required for luxury brands.
  • Demonstrate impeccable writing skills and a love for storytelling evident in your work.
  • Engage professionally with and embrace client feedback.
  • Show strong presentation skills with the ability to persuade.
  • Lead projects and teams effectively.
  • Work collaboratively within a small team.
  • Have experience with automobile or luxury/premium brands.
  • Have TV experience as well as experience across Digital, Experiential, Branded Content, Social, Print and CRM.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent experience.
  • Meet the physical and mental requirements to perform job responsibilities.
