A leading creative agency in Toronto is seeking a Creative Director, Copy to provide creative leadership across agency accounts. This role involves generating innovative ideas and adapting assets for the Canadian market while maintaining quality and collaboration. A bachelor's degree and experience with luxury brands are required. The agency promotes a hybrid work environment to foster creativity and connection.

Hudson Rouge is an integrated luxury boutique marketing and communications agency within WPP that works solely on luxury brands. We are the exclusive agency of record for the Lincoln Motor Company across all channels, combining brand strategy, media strategy, activation, digital, social, earned media, production and analytics to provide exquisitely crafted creativity. Our small, distributed team spans New York, Detroit, Shanghai, Toronto and Mexico City, and we pride ourselves on creating desire for luxury brands that goes beyond reason.
Reporting into the NA CCO at Hudson Rouge, the Creative Director provides creative leadership on agency accounts and represents clients effectively in the marketplace. You will contribute to the maintenance and growth of strong, mutually profitable client/agency relationships, bring hands‑on leadership, and ideally have experience in the automotive category with luxury clients as a definite asset. Bilingual French is a strong asset, though not mandatory.
