Lead our dynamic in‑house team and external partners to craft world‑class creative that amplifies our brand's cultural relevance and captivates global audiences. Your Daily Adventures
Creative Leadership
  • Shape the Brand: Lead the evolution of the Psycho Bunny brand, translating its positioning into a cohesive and impactful creative identity across all channels. Develop function‑specific Brand Guidelines to guide team executions.
  • Innovate & Strategize: Develop compelling seasonal and project‑specific creative strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation within the marketing calendar and leveraging market trends to create stand‑out campaigns.
  • Drive Collaborative Impact: Ensure creative strategies align with cultural and business objectives, effectively representing plans to cross‑functional teams to foster alignment and enthusiasm.
  • Data‑Informed Decisions: Develop KPIs for creative success. Integrate brand and campaign performance data into team activities to continuously refine creative strategies and executions.
Management of Creative Operations
  • eComm Studio Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic vision for optimizing eComm Studio operations, leveraging new technologies and refining KPIs to enhance creative quality and production efficiency.
  • Creative Direction: Drive brand‑right creative responses to briefs, ensuring alignment and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Efficient Production Management: Oversee project execution to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery. Manage quality control, and collaborate with Finance to optimize production tracking.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal cross‑functional partners and external agencies.
Team Management
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, coach, and inspire a high‑performing Creative team, fostering a "Test and Learn" culture and driving professional development through enhanced leadership, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Collaborative Environment: Champion a "One Team" approach, prioritizing collaboration and partnership with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals.
