Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Designer to shape the global product assortment with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, fit, and function. You will translate trends into high-performance garments, partnering with design, materials, and product teams to deliver on strategy and IMU targets.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in design, strong Adobe skills, and an entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in design.
• BA, BFA or BS in Design required (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Design concepts that are aesthetically pleasing, functional and commercially viable.
• Strong communication with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Understanding of brand aesthetics and global fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Create sketches and 3D mockups aligned with brand strategy and IMU targets.
• Select fabrics and trims from the Raw Material library for styles.
• Apply colour and graphics to the assortment, considering feasibility and commercial viability.
• Present coloured sketches to cross-functional partners for sign-off with clear alignment to the brief.
• Develop technical sketches detailing materials, construction, trims and fit, and collaborate with PD/TD.
