Job summary

Aramark Canada is seeking a Cook to join our team. You’ll help bring recipes to life, work with fresh ingredients, and explore different cuisines while following production guidelines and safety procedures.

You’ll set up your workstation, prepare ingredients, and cook using ovens, stoves, and other equipment. This role requires flexibility across shifts, good math skills, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must demonstrate basic math and counting skills

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepare a variety of food according to recipes
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers
• Maintains food safety and proper storage
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment
