Job summary

Join JLL Capital Markets in Toronto as a Capital Markets Support Analyst. You will underwrite commercial real estate opportunities, prepare proposals and marketing materials, and perform market research and due diligence.

This is a 1-year fixed-term role with potential to extend or convert to permanent. You will analyze financial data, build models in Excel, and support the team with data-driven deliverables while collaborating across groups to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field.
• 2+ years in Finance, Real Estate, AI systems, or tech-enabled analytics.
• Financial analysis and market research experience required.
• Ability to translate qualitative/quantitative data into deliverables.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
