Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Lead Supervisor for CPX Site Execution with 100% travel availability. The role is site-based across open construction projects and involves directing CPX site operations and supporting the Construction Manager.

You will plan day-to-day work for technicians, manage site activities from component delivery to turbine handover, and mentor staff. Travel across North America and globally is expected.

Qualifications

• Technician Tech III Level (or comparable).
• Worked on and/or learned turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project.
• Performed Mechanical Walkdowns.
• Full workability of normal office computer/software skillset.
• SAP and Procore Training.
