Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or another relevant discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand/Supply Planning, Retail Planning.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel – Advanced.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • CPIM (APICS) certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with national, DC and store levels for inventory and demand analysis.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out trends and align future demand.
  • Develop forecasts and track promotional events.
  • Review inventory levels and adjust supply plans to target channel inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with Sales on New Product Introductions / End of Line products.
  • Maintain channel service level and inventory goals.
  • Collaborate with logistics for transparent supply operations.
  • Monitor performance scorecards weekly/monthly/quarterly.
  • Execute value-added services to drive competitive advantage.
  • Implement low-cost supply chain options to reduce cost-to-serve.
  • Troubleshoot coverage plans and disruptions regularly.
  • Review forecasting, sales capability, and Inventory KPIs for alignment.
  • Improve processes to deliver scalable efficiencies.

POSITION SUMMARY

The CPFR Analyst is accountable for demand forecasting and inventory management tactics designed to meet and exceed the customer’s goals for productive inventory and service levels for their assigned LG product portfolio. Responsibilities also include ensuring that the consensus plans for continuous product supply meet marketplace requirements for a product or group of products.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborative Planning
  • Customer level planning at the national, DC, and store levels, creating inventory and demand analysis for solutions on a weekly basis;
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out forecasting trends and align future demand to meet the trends and current market conditions;
  • Develop forecasts, track, and recap promotional events;
  • Review current inventory levels and adjusts supply plans to align with target levels of channel inventory;
  • Collaborate with Sales team to ensure New Product Introductions / End of Line products are planned for execution in the marketplace;
  • Maintain Channel service level and inventory management goals;
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure operations are transparent and supply lines are performing;
  • Monitor and report on performance scorecards (weekly/monthly/quarterly);
CPFR Process Improvement
  • Execute value-added services to drive competitive advantage and improved effectiveness;
  • Execute flexible, low-cost supply chain options that lowers cost-to-serve;
  • Troubleshoot coverage plans and supply disruptions on an on-going basis;
  • Review the forecasting, sales capability, Inventory KPI’s for alignment and meeting business requirements;
  • Work within planning organization to provide progress and improvement in the installed processes to deliver scalable and sustainable efficiencies;
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or another relevant discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand/Supply Planning, Retail Planning

This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $70,000.00. Actual total compensation may include variable incentive pay. The determination of an applicant's base salary is based on the applicant's skills, competencies, location, and unique qualifications.
