What You Bring to the Table

Credentials & Experience

  • Registered Nurse in good standing with the provincial regulatory body.
  • 5 years of leadership experience ideally across multiple sites or clinic settings.
  • Bonus: Background in infusion clinic operations or Patient Support Programs.
  • Certifications in oncology, neurology, or rare disease care are strong assets.

Skills & Strengths

  • Decisive, proactive, and deeply accountable.

  • English proficiency required; French an asset.
Compensation

Range between $95,000.00 - $113,000.00 annually (Based on applicable experience). At Coverdale, base pay is one part of total compensation. Our pay ranges are based on local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
