Job summary

CBI Health in Calgary is seeking a coverage physiotherapist to support all Momentum Health clinics. This casual role offers exposure to multiple clinicians, disciplines and care models across locations, with a flexible schedule to fit other positions you may hold.

You will participate in our Clinician Development Program, receive mentorship from experienced clinicians, and have first access to new opportunities within the group. The role emphasizes collaboration and patient-centered growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the PACA.
• Valid liability insurance.
• On Physiotherapy Alberta's roster for use of needles is an asset.
• Excellent assessment and rehabilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable vehicle (covering at different locations).

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across Momentum Health clinics in Calgary.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines and care models.
• Engage in the Clinician Development Program and mentorship.
• Be flexible with hours within 7AM–8PM windows.

Coverage Physiotherapist (all Clinics) - Momentum Health, Calgary.

This is an opportunity to jump into our culture! Our ground up approach allows us to build programs and opportunities around each clinician's interests through our VTO process. Management will help you develop individualized goals based on how you would like to grow and practice and give you access to meaningful mentorship tailored to you. This dynamic position is unique as it offers a wide range of experiences across our various clinics. You will gain exposure to many different clinicians, disciplines, and models of care that you might not get in a stationary role. It is a flexible job that you can adapt around other positions you may have and make work for you! As a coverage team member, you will have access to our Clinician Development Program where you will receive mentorship from experienced clinicians in the company based on your areas of interest. This position also puts you first in line for new opportunities within our group.
