Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and personable Course Sales Executive to grow our enrolments in wine education programs. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from initial enquiry through to course registration. This role blends sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship building to inspire individuals to embark on their wine learning journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Enrolments – Meet and exceed monthly course sales targets for wine, sake, food safety courses
  • Lead Management – Respond promptly to enquiries via email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Client Engagement – Understand customers’ learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
  • Relationship Building – Maintain a database of leads and follow up to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling – Recommend relevant wine events or premium courses to existing customers.
  • Market Outreach – Attend wine events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.
  • Reporting – Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
