FedEx Canada recherche un agent de service à la clientèle pour des postes à temps partiel. Le rôle implique le chargement et le déchargement d’avions et de véhicules, la collecte et la livraison efficaces des colis, et le respect des procédures de service.

Une expérience en service à la clientèle et une bonne maîtrise du temps sont essentielles. Le poste exige un permis de conduire valide et une capacité à travailler dans un environnement à rythme soutenu.

Qualifications

  • Capacité à soulever 70 lb et à manœuvrer des colis jusqu’à 150 lb avec matériel.

  • Bonnes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et en communication.
  • Souplesse pour horaires variables et périodes de congés.

Responsibilities

  • Chargement et déchargement d’avions et de véhicules selon les zones attribuées.
  • Ranger et livrer les colis de manière courtoise et efficace.
  • Effectuer les vérifications de conformité des envois et assurer le service client associé.

Job description

La sélection à ce poste demande une entrevue. Charger et décharger des avions et des véhicules et ramasser et livrer des colis de façon courtoise et efficace dans le secteur attribué, vérifier chaque envoi pour voir s’il respecte les modalités de service de Federal Express Canada et assumer des fonctions complémentaires de service à la clientèle. Cette est un poste sur entretien. To load and unload aircrafts and vehicles, sort packages and provide efficient delivery and pick-up of packages; to check shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou scolarité équivalente.
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conducteur.
  • Un (1) an d’expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle.
  • Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec l’aide d’un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu’à 150 lb.
  • Atteindre la note de passage à l’évaluation des conducteurs avant l’embauche.
  • Une certaine connaissance des activités de Federal Express Canada et de la réglementation douanière canadienne serait souhaitable.
  • Bonnes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l’organisation.
  • Excellentes habiletés pour le service à la clientèle.
  • Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de surmonter le stress et de travailler sous haute pression.
  • Être prêt à se montrer souple pour travailler avec des horaires variables, de même que pendant les congés si les besoins de l’entreprise le justifient.

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
  • Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
  • Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitasking, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment
  • Willing to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs
