Job summary

FedEx Canada is hiring for a 2 PM Courier Handler to load and unload aircraft and vehicles, sort packages, and ensure efficient delivery and pickup. The role requires lifting heavy packages, meeting safety and service standards, and providing customer support during peak hours.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and flexibility to work different schedules including holidays. A pre-placement driver assessment is used as part of the hiring process.

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment

• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitasking, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment
• Willing to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs
