Job summary

UPS Canada is seeking a dedicated Courier Driver for our Courtenay package facility. This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with starting pay of $20/hour and weekly wages. Responsibilities include daily deliveries, vehicle pre-trip checks, and navigating with a DIAD system. Lift 10–70 lbs as needed.

Applicants must hold a valid BC Class 5 license, a clean driving record, and be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather. Training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent Verbal Communications skills.
• Customer service and/or driving experience is an asset.
• Must have a valid BC Class 5 driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 10–70 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a pre-trip check of the assigned vehicle.
• Lift, sort and move boxes weighing 10–70 lbs.
• Unload and load packages on/off vehicles during drops and pickups.
• Operate a DIAD system for addresses and postal codes.
