FedEx Express Canada is recruiting a full‑time courier to pick up and deliver packages on a designated route from a station located in St‑Laurent, Quebec. The courier will ensure all shipments comply with FedEx Canada service standards and provide excellent customer service.

Position Summary

Provide courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; check all shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service features of service; provide related customer service functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Bilingual in French and English (required for Quebec).
• One year customer‑oriented business experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communication, time‑management, organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment.
• Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs.

Wage
