Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a reliable courier in Fort Saint-John to perform on-route pickup and delivery of packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will maintain courteous customer interactions, check shipments for compliance with service standards, and support related customer service tasks.

This is an interview position with an expected schedule and potential shifts including holidays; a valid driver's license and fitness to lift heavy packages are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing business experience preferred.
• Pass mandatory driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking under pressure.
• Willingness to work different schedules and holidays as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• High school diploma/educational equivalent

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred
