Job summary

LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services is seeking a Courier to transport specimens, supplies, and reports between LifeLabs facilities and client sites. The role requires safe driving, timely delivery, and representing the brand with professionalism.

You will rotate through various shifts, including nights and weekends, at the Regina, SK location. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and strong customer service skills are essential to ensure specimen integrity and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A full valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 3 years of driving experience with a full valid license.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work a specified route schedule.
• Flexible work hours and availability for sudden shift changes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport specimens in a timely manner to preserve specimen integrity and demonstrate professionalism on the road.
• Represent the LifeLabs brand with professionalism and integrity at every touch point.
• Utilize LifeLabs technology to access online readings and training, read emails and clock time.

As a Courier, you will be responsible for transporting specimens, supplies, and reports in an efficient, dependable, punctual, proper, safe, and professional manner. You will also be a LifeLabs brand ambassador on the road, demonstrating the important service LifeLabs provides to the community while maintaining our established reputation.

Additional Requirements: Rotation through shifts including nights, evenings and days. Also includes rotation through weekends

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Represent the LifeLabs brand with professionalism and integrity by providing a positive experience at every touch point.
• Utilize LifeLabs technology to access and complete on-line readings and training, read emails and complete timecards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling all situations with professionalism.
