Job summary
Infosys in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive Coupa-based solutions across retail and CPG clients. You will define problems, propose solutions, and guide deployment, with emphasis on API integrations, data analytics, and executive reporting.

As a Lead Consultant, you are an expected to contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose, and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

- Participate in the information gathering and design process for client implementation, including the development of solution scope documents
- Delivered 4 large procurement transformation(COUPA) engagements for multinational customers Candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years of hands‑on working experience in Coupa implementation
- Must have worked in Coupa BSM modules such as Coupa Core, Strategic Sourcing, CSO,CLM-S and CLM-A, RPM-A(including SIM and CRA), Coupa Category Strategy(Cirtuo),AI Classification, Coupa AI, Navi and Contract Intelligence, Advanced Analytics
- Develop Integration architecture with Coupa and other touchpoints
- Perform requirement Analysis & define Solution for identified requirements.
- Customize and Configure Coupa application as per business requirements
- Lead deployment of solution in various environments
- Propose Innovative and holistic solutions that solve customer problems
- Managed global implementations and phased rollouts
- Have hands on experience with APIs and file-based integrations (CSV)
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario- $96620 to $ 109129
