Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, Business Administration, International Business Management.
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering commercial growth in fund administration or financial services.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to engage at C-suite and board level.
  • Deep understanding of fund structures (hedge, private equity, real estate, credit, UCITS, AIFs) and their operational requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance in the fund services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and build succession pipelines.
  • Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented with negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in local language and English.

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Country Head to lead our business development and client relationship strategy in Bermuda. This senior leadership role will be accountable for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening our position as a leading provider of fund administration and financial services in this region.

The successful candidate will combine deep knowledge of the fund administration industry with proven leadership in commercial strategy, client engagement, and market expansion. As the face of the business in Canada, you will work closely with global and regional leadership to align local priorities with group objectives, while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.

Commercial Leadership
  • Own and deliver Bermuda’s P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand market share across asset classes (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, credit, UCITS, AIFs).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and cross‑selling initiatives.
  • Act as the senior commercial representative with regulators, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
Client Engagement & Growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with asset managers, institutional investors, family offices, and intermediaries.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met with innovative fund administration solutions.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure seamless delivery of services in collaboration with operations and product teams.
  • Act as an escalation point for strategic clients, ensuring service excellence and retention.
Strategic & Operational Alignment
  • Represent Bermuda on regional and global leadership committees, influencing strategy and aligning local execution with group objectives.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure solutions are competitive, scalable, and compliant.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
Leadership & People Development
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire high‑performing commercial and client service teams and lead cross functional work amongst other groups.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client‑centricity.
Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, Business Administration, International Business Management.
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering commercial growth in fund administration, asset servicing, or financial services.
