Overview

Required immediately, our Local Regina Branch is seeking a Full Time INSTALLER / TEMPLATER for COUNTERTOPS to join the team!

With 16 branches and 5 manufacturing facilities located in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM Countertops manufactures, sells and installs over 20,000 premium surface countertops a year. Established in 1961, FLOFORM is proud to be one of the Best Managed Companies in North America

Responsibilities

• Templating: Creates accurate digital drawings of countertops and produces sink files as required
• Traveling to customers’ homes / business to create templates that will be used in the production of their countertops
• Advises customer of any modifications required
• Responding to general customer enquiries while on-site
• Maintaining the company vehicle interior and exterior
• Installation: Correctly install Stone countertops on site, while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Cleanly remove the existing countertop and plumbing if required
• Respond to customer inquiries and / or concerns while on the job site
• Contacts office to resolve any concerns that cannot be addressed on the job site
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to the installation as they arise
• Works as closely to the schedule as possible and contacts customer if running behind
• Maintains Company vehicle interior and exterior to the Companies standards

Qualifications

• Related secondary education with 2 years related experience
• Intermediate mathematical & computer skills using Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD and the ability to learn other software programs
• Basic understanding of plumbing an asset
• Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Be highly motivated, hardworking, reliable, and possess an outgoing and friendly attitude while willing to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to work overtime as the jobs demand
• Some overnight travel required
• Must be able to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, kneel and lift upwards of 200 lbs. assisted
• Possess clear driver’s license and criminal record check
