Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of post-master's direct clinical experience with diverse populations.
  • Current registration in good standing with OCSWSSW or CRPO.
  • Experience with substance use disorders and addiction counselling is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person evidence-based therapy tailored to client's unique needs.
  • Support clients through Employee Assistance Program addressing complex presentations.
  • Engage in ongoing clinical consultation and access to continuing education.

Clinical competency in solution-focused therapy
Ability to establish therapeutic rapport
Proficiency with electronic health records
Excellent clinical judgment
