A mental health service provider in Canada seeks a President to lead the organization’s strategic direction. This role requires extensive leadership experience, transactional M&A knowledge, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Indigenous Peoples in Canada. The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing stakeholders and ensuring long-term growth while adhering to compliance requirements. This position offers an opportunity to significantly impact the mental health landscape in Northern communities.

Our client’s services are provided to a diverse clientele (all ages, genders, cultures) and settings such as on an in-person basis or through phone and online services including email, telehealth and other safe and confidential on-line communication platforms.
Client is proud to offer decades of clinical expertise combined with experience grounded in the North, in providing counselling services, crisis and event support, training and workshops and broader mental health support services across Northern regions.
Scope of the Position
Client is positioned for exponential growth over the next few years. The founder is looking for an accomplished leader with transactional M&A experience to step in and serve as the organization’s President and guide the team toward scaling the business to both social impacts and geographic reach.
