Qualifications

• High school or vocational cosmetology is an asset.
• Minimal experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate an e-terminal system proficiently.
• Strong customer care and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Empathetic and communicative with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and advise on cosmetic products and benefits.
• Provide touch-up services and maintain customer profiles and cosmetic cards.
• Report customer suggestions, missing items, and pricing issues to supervisor.
• Assist with events, promotions, and product launches with brand reps.
• Monitor store activity to prevent theft and maintain security.
• Operate POS system, handle payments, and prepare cash reports and deposits.
• Verify pricing and adjust per POS or distributor lists.
• Build and rotate product displays; maintain shelves and merchandisers.
• Record inventory and return damaged/expired items to suppliers.
• Confirm deliveries against orders and sign for shipments.
• Order products for sections based on sales targets and coordinate with suppliers.
