Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, makeup and fragrances is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service, consultations, demonstrations (make-up applications, skin care, fragrance)
• Enter product information accurately, handle cash/credit, answer customer inquiries
• Perform stock counts and place orders for designated areas
• Role is filling an existing vacancy on the team
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager or on-duty manager

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing superior customer service, consultations, demonstrations, etc (i.e. make-up applications, skin care consultations, and fragrance demonstrations)
• Accurately entering in product information, accepting cash or credit, and answering all customer inquiries
• Perform stock counts and orders for designated areas accurately
• This is role is filling an existing vacancy on the team.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager or Manager on-duty
