Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group's Corporate Traveller unit in Calgary seeks a motivated Corporate Travel Consultant to manage the travel needs of corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel and transfers. You will follow procedures, support teammates and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has about 2+ years in travel consulting, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and comfort with Sabre and Microsoft Office in a fast-paced environment.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and driven Corporate Travel Consultantwho can hit the ground running and deliver the boutique level of service that Corporate Traveller is famous for. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of2 years travel consulting experiencealong with aninsatiable appetite for delivering impeccable service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Travel Consultantyou will be responsible formanaging the day-to-day travel needs of corporate business accounts, including:

  • Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for our corporate accounts including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards
  • Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may experience
Experience & Qualifications
  • Customer focused – consistently going above and beyond to deliver an amazing client experience

  • Tech Savvy – 2 years’ experience with a GDS system (Sabre preferred), confident using Microsoft suite, and comfortable learning new software

Location – Calgary, Canada

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $50,000plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. On target earnings average range between $50,000 - $86,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
