Fidelity Canada is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to lead audit and transfer pricing initiatives within the Financial and Corporate Services Division, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Tax.

Job Description Please note: Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. This is a regular, full-time role. You will be working on a hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approx. 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

The Corporate Tax team operates in a dynamic, high-performance environment focused on managing complex tax audits, disputes, and strategic tax initiatives across multiple legal entities. The team plays a critical role in managing significant tax risk and partnering with senior leadership, business divisions, and external advisors to support the organization’s objectives.
The Corporate Tax Manager is a member of the Corporate Tax team in the Financial and Corporate Services Division and reports to the Vice President, Corporate Tax.
This role is primarily focused on managing significant tax risks and plays a key role in audit outcomes, risk mitigation, and supporting senior leadership decision-making; this would include regular interaction with senior management, finance leaders, external advisors, and tax authorities.
This role is also responsible for transfer pricing compliance.
This role has exposure to complex tax matters across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
University degree, preferably in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in accounting/tax, corporate tax experience required, including tax audits, disputes, and transfer pricing.
Professional designation or advanced tax qualification, such as a CPA or Master of Taxation required. Completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program preferred.
Experience within financial services or a complex, multi-entity organization preferred. Public accounting (Big 4) or relevant in-house corporate tax experience strongly preferred.

For this role, your total rewards include: Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $139,000 to $176,000, based on your experience and qualifications. RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
