Responsibilities
  • Arrange and oversee staff training programs
  • Conduct performance reviews and monitor team productivity
  • Oversee payroll administration and related financial processes
  • Plan, control, and manage budgets and expenditures
  • Develop strategic plans for new product and service lines
  • Establish and implement sales policies and organizational procedures
  • Lead the sales team in building strong relationships with clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage sales staff
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
