Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Security Operations
  • Develop and implement the Group’s security strategy, policies and protocols across all properties and business units.
  • Oversee crisis management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Ensure protection of guests, employees, physical assets, and proprietary information. Government & Regulatory Liaison
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government departments, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory authorities.
  • Act as the Group’s official representative in dealings with external agencies on security, compliance, and operational matters.
  • Ensure timely handling of licenses, NOCs, statutory permits, and legal formalities. Risk Management & Compliance
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local and national laws, hospitality industry regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Lead audits and investigations related to security incidents and regulatory breaches. Team Management & Coordination
  • Guide and supervise property-level security heads to ensure alignment with corporate protocols.
  • Train and mentor security personnel to enhance vigilance and preparedness.
  • Facilitate inter-departmental coordination for incident response and reporting. Crisis & Incident Response
  • Lead incident response efforts during emergencies or crises, ensuring safety, communication, and documentation protocols are followed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major incidents affecting business operations.
Experience

Minimum: Minimum 17–20 years in corporate security, liaison, or administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality, aviation, or high-risk service industries.

Background

Ex-Defence/Police/Paramilitary background preferred.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Additional certifications in security management, risk assessment, or crisis management desirable. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proven ability to operate under pressure and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
