Job summary

Brandt Aviation in Regina seeks a Corporate Flight Attendant to deliver an exceptional in-flight experience for owners, guests, and charter clients. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in high-end service, aviation experience, valid First Aid, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with rapid duty calls.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of high-end service experience in luxury sectors.
  • Experience in private or commercial aviation preferred.
  • Passport valid for multiple countries; ability to obtain visas.
  • Pass Flight Attendant Initial Training; maintain Recurrent Training annually.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (Level C); 19+ years old; valid Food Handling Certificate; valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, stock, and clean the aircraft at base and away from base.
  • Arrange and confirm owner/client catering requirements for each flight.
  • Act as Flight Attendant on a Global 5000 aircraft in Regina when needed.
  • Provide high-level service ensuring safety and passenger comfort during flight.
  • Deliver tailored service and high-end dining onboard; manage menu preferences.
  • Collaborate with operations staff to anticipate flight requirements.
  • Follow standards, procedures and CARs; maintain confidentiality.
  • Support flight department operations and host related events.

Brandt Aviation is currently seeking a Corporate Flight Attendant to join the team. The Corporate Flight Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-flight experience for aircraft owners, guests, and charter clients. This role involves preparing and stocking the aircraft, managing catering requirements, ensuring cleanliness, and providing attentive service both at the base and during travel. The ideal candidate will maintain the highest standards of safety, comfort, and discretion while confidently delivering high-end dining experiences and personalized service. This position also includes supporting flight department operations, hosting related events, and collaborating with operational staff to ensure all flight requirements are anticipated and met.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Prepare, stock/acquire commissary, and clean the aircraft as required both at base and when away from base.
  • Arrange and confirm owner and/or client catering requirements for each flight using well vetted providers.
  • Prepare, stock/acquire commissary, and clean the aircraft as required both at base and when away from base.
  • When needed act as a Flight Attendant on a Global 5000 aircraft in Regina. When not flying be able to assist in the flight department and host for other related events.
  • Provide a high level of service to the Owner, their guests, and charter clients while ensuring the safety and comfort of each passenger during flight.
  • Deliver a detailed and tailored service on every occasion and be meticulous in the attention to detail onboard.
  • Confidently deliver a high-end dining experience onboard and be able to create menu's which cater to owner and/or guest preferences.
  • Interact with Operational Staff in the planning phases of all flight itineraries to ensure all requirements are anticipated.
  • Take direction from all standards, protocols and procedures as defined by the Manager, Cabin Safety and Service and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager, Cabin Safety and Service.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We Look For
  • Experience in private or commercial aviation (First or Business Class cabin) is an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end service in other luxury sectors.
  • Strong culinary and plating skills with ability to prepare meals while in flight.
  • Hold a valid Canadian Passport with the ability to obtain Visas for entry requirements in to various countries.
  • Successfully pass a Flight Attendant Initial Training course and keep up to date with Recurrent Training annually.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (Level C).
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
  • Valid Food Handling Training Certificate.
  • Hold a valid Drivers License.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to report for duty within 2 hours of a flight call out.
  • High School Diploma required; college diploma or university degree is an asset.
  • Applicants must be in Regina or the surrounding area.
