Job summary

The University of Calgary invites applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach FNCE 451 (Corporate Finance) in Winter 2027. Classes run Jan 11–Apr 13, 2027, with exams potential Apr 16–27, 2027.

Qualifications include MBA or equivalent and prior post-secondary teaching experience. Preference for applicants with face-to-face and online instruction experience and familiarity with Zoom, D2L, and other digital tools. Salary under Schedule B of the Faculty Association.

Qualifications

• MBA degree or equivalent and work experience in the field are desirable.
• Previous post-secondary teaching experience is a requirement.
• Preference given to applicants with experience delivering instruction face-to-face and online in post-secondary settings.
• Experience with Zoom, D2L and other digital education tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Teach Winter 2027 FNCE 451 (Corporate Finance).
• Deliver LEC 03 Tuesday/Thursday 3:30pm–4:45pm.
• Remuneration follows the Collective Agreement, Schedule B; based in Alberta.
