Job summary

Nutrition International in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking a Manager, Corporate Finance to lead the day-to-day corporate accounting at NI's Headquarters in a hybrid model (2 days in office). Reporting to Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee AP, payroll & benefits, and month-end close.

The role requires a university accounting/finance degree and CPA/CA/CGA/CMA designation, at least five years of accounting experience, and three years in financial management with leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, finance or business is required.
• CPA/CA/CGA/CMA designation completed.
• Five+ years of accounting experience.
• Three+ years in a financial management role with leadership.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day corporate accounting including accounts payable, payroll & benefits administration, and month-end close.
• Coordinate AP tasks with invoicing, approvals, Oracle NetSuite processing.
• Act as backup to Senior Payroll & Benefits Officer for bi-weekly payroll.
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations; analyze variances.
• Coordinate audit working papers for external audit.
• Supervise Senior Finance Officers and Finance Officers.
