Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents (registrations, reports, opinions and other legal documents)
  • Correspondence with clients and other lawyers
  • Performing due diligence searches, preparing trust and commitment letters
  • Preparing and filing corporate documents, setting up new corporations, preparing books and registering partnerships
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a legal assistant program
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cooperate Commercial law ideally as a paralegal
  • Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
  • Excellent attention to detail outstanding multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize a heavy workload
  • Tech -Savvy: Great understanding of Excel and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
