About the Opportunity
  • Manage the full-cycle accounting process for multiple entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
  • Streamline and improve financial close processes to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
  • Maintain adherence to internal accounting controls and implement additional procedures where needed
  • Analyze balance sheet and income statement variances to provide insights into operational performance
  • Prepare working papers and supporting documentation for internal and external reporting
  • Assist in preparing audit-related schedules and address follow-up inquiries
  • Support indirect tax and corporate compliance requirements through timely preparation of supporting information
  • Participate in system, process, and organizational changes to ensure smooth transitions and continued data integrity
  • Contribute to new accounting policy implementation and related controls
  • Handle additional accounting and reporting tasks as required
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate accounting or finance
  • Strong spreadsheet proficiency and ability to work with high-volume data
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with the ability to interpret results and support decision-making
  • Collaborative approach and proven ability to build effective working relationships
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
  • Working toward or holding a professional accounting designation
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems is an asset
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards is an asset
  • Prior experience in a similar business environment is considered an advantage
Salary Range

$75,000 / year
